We act as Exporter of Record (EoR) where appropriate, managing all aspects of compliant forwarding, customs declarations, and export documentation on behalf of our clients. This service provides a practical and lawful solution to EU export regulations that require an established entity within the European Union to assume exporter responsibilities. 

Acting as EoR enables our international clients to maintain efficient and compliant access to EU and global markets without the need for their own EU-registered presence. Euromed Distribution UAB is a Lithuania-based logistics and compliance specialist, wholly owned by Euromed Healthcare Group Limited (UK). Established post-BREXIT, we provide an EU platform to simplify inter-EU supply and EU-origin export of healthcare and clinical diagnostic products.

We operate ​exclusively as a specialist compliance and logistics provider – not a reseller – supporting manufacturers, authorised distributors, hospitals and laboratories to move goods lawfully, transparently, and with full documentary control.

The company’s activities are confined to supporting legitimate exports from the EU, particularly from Lithuania, in compliance with all applicable sanctions, export control, and dual-use regulations.

We work in close collaboration with our clients and supply-chain partners to ensure that essential healthcare and clinical diagnostic products reach the patients and medical institutions that depend on them.

The company’s role is strictly logistical and administrative, ensuring that all shipments are properly declared, documented, and processed in accordance with E​uro​pean Union (EU) customs and export control regulations.

Euromed Distribution is firmly committed to conducting its operations in full compliance with all applicable EU, UK, and international sanctions regimes. We do not maintain any business relationships with the Russian Federation and do not support the sale, export, or re-export of goods to Russia. 

Our export activities are routinely subject to multi-jurisdictional oversight, involving regulatory approvals from multiple national authorities. This layered authorisation process provides robust procedural safeguards and ensures compliance across all stages of the supply chain.
